Extruder and hot pelletizer are the main components of the hot cutting granulation production line. Materials are transformed into molten state through extrusion and plasticization, and then cut into particles at the die head through the hot cutting granulation machine, and then cooled and integrated into the finished product. Hot cutting granulation can be divided into two forms: air-cooled and water-cooled.

Mainly used for hot cutting granulation of PVC, PE and other materials.
